In the two-and-a-half months I’ve been using Almased I’ve lost 20lbs. I’ve also been able to continue exercising, as I haven’t felt tired or lacked energy at all. In fact I’m surprised at how great I’ve felt.
The first month I followed the instructions and had three days of just shakes. What was great was that I didn’t get overly hungry on those days, which I had expected to. I even went to the beach on one of the days and took the shake with me – it’s so convenient for when you’re on the go.
The next phase was two shakes and a meal each day. I followed some of the Almased recipes too, my favourite being chicken with spinach, which I took to work to have for lunch. I’d have my shake in the evening, which freed up enough time to exercise, such as walking the dog or going for a jog.
My goal had been to fit into a pair of old walking trousers, which I now do, and I can also get into a dress I last wore to a wedding five years ago! Lastly, my thighs never get smaller so to lose that one inch there is truly amazing! It’s the one area I never lose weight so I’m chuffed. I’m definitely going to continue using Almased.
