Ingredients (for 1 person)
- 5 tbsp Almased
- 200 ml low-fat milk
- 1 tbsp walnut oil
- 1 vanilla pod or 1 tsp vanilla
Preparation
- Soak the vanilla pod in warm milk for a couple of minutes. Once cooled, blend together the vanilla milk and oil.
- Mix in Almased.
- Pour into a glass and add ice, if desired.
- If using vanilla extract, simply blend with the oil and milk.
