Shake Recipe: Vanilla Kiss

Ingredients (for 1 person)

  • 5 tbsp Almased
  • 200 ml low-fat milk
  • 1 tbsp walnut oil
  • 1 vanilla pod or 1 tsp vanilla

Preparation

  1. Soak the vanilla pod in warm milk for a couple of minutes. Once cooled, blend together the vanilla milk and oil.
  2. Mix in Almased.
  3. Pour into a glass and add ice, if desired.
  4. If using vanilla extract, simply blend with the oil and milk.
