Shake Recipe: Sunshine Smoothie

Ingredients (for 1 person)

  • 5 tbsp Almased
  • 150 ml water
  • 150 ml coconut water
  • ½ cup kale
  • ½ cup spinach
  • 1 small carrot
  • 1 celery stalk
  • 2 tsp hempseeds

Preparation

  1. Blend together the water, kale, spinach, carrot, celery and hempseeds.
  2. Mix in Almased
  3. Pour into a glass and enjoy.
  4. Add ice, if desired.
