- 5 tbsp Almased
- 150 ml water
- 150 ml coconut water
- ½ cup kale
- ½ cup spinach
- 1 small carrot
- 1 celery stalk
- 2 tsp hempseeds
Preparation
- Blend together the water, kale, spinach, carrot, celery and hempseeds.
- Mix in Almased
- Pour into a glass and enjoy.
- Add ice, if desired.
