Shake Recipe: Tropical Raspberry Mango Shake

Ingredients (1 person)

  • 50g Almased
  • 2 tsp Linseed oil
  • 200 ml water
  • 50g mango
  • 40g raspberries

Extra tip: Ice cubes or frozen berries provide extra refreshment.

Preparation (5 minutes)

  1. Add water, Almased, mango, raspberries and linseed oil to the blender.
  2. Blend the shake for 1 minute on high.
  3. Put ice cubes in a glass.
  4. Pour shake over the ice cubes and enjoy.
