- 50g Almased
- 2 tsp Linseed oil
- 200 ml water
- 50g mango
- 40g raspberries
Extra tip: Ice cubes or frozen berries provide extra refreshment.
Preparation (5 minutes)
- Add water, Almased, mango, raspberries and linseed oil to the blender.
- Blend the shake for 1 minute on high.
- Put ice cubes in a glass.
- Pour shake over the ice cubes and enjoy.
