Ingredients (for 1 person)
- 1 tsp lemon thyme leaves
- 75 g beetroot, cooked
- 2 tsp rapeseed oil
- 150 ml buttermilk
- 50 g Almased
- 1 MSp lemon zest (organic)
Preparation (5 minutes)
- Finely puree the thyme in a blender with the beetroot.
- Add rapeseed oil, buttermilk, Almased and lemon zest and mix well.
