Ingredients (for 1 person)
- 30 g peach pulp
- 30 g raspberries
- 100 ml yogurt, 1.5%
- 150 ml water
- 50 g Almased
- 2 tsp rapeseed oil
- 1 MSp vanilla pulp
Preparation (5 minutes)
- Finely puree the peach pulp with the raspberries and yogurt in a blender.
- Add the water, Almased, oil and vanilla pulp and mix everything together until creamy.
Extra tip: 1 teaspoon of flea, chia or ground flaxseed per shake provides you with valuable fibre, which naturally supports digestion.
