Ingredients (for 1 person)
- 3 sprigs of Moroccan mint (or other peppermint)
- 100 ml almond drink, unsweetened
- 50 g Almased
- 1 pinch of ground cardamom
- 2 tsp rapeseed oil
- 4-5 ice cubes
Preparation (10 minutes)
- Pluck a few leaves from the mint and pour into a glass.
- Pour 150 ml of boiling water over the rest and leave to infuse for 3-5 minutes.
- Pour through a sieve and allow to cool.
- Then mix the tea well in a shaker with the almond drink, Almased, cardamom and rapeseed oil.
- Add a few more ice cubes to the mint in the glass, pour the drink over it and serve.
Extra tip: 1 teaspoon of flea, chia or ground flaxseed per shake provides you with valuable fibre, which naturally supports digestion.
