Ingredients (1 person)
- 50g Almased
- 2 tsp linseed oil
- 200 ml coconut drink (Alpro unsweetened)
- 80g Mango
- 3g fresh ginger
Extra tip: Ice cubes or frozen mango provide extra refreshment. If there is no fresh ginger in the house, ginger powder can also be used as an alternative.
Preparation (5 minutes)
- Add the coconut drink, Almased, mango, ginger and linseed oil to the blender.
- Blend the shake for 1 minute on high.
- Put ice cubes in a glass.
- Pour shake over the ice cubes and enjoy.
