Ingredients (1 person)
- 50 g frozen raspberries
- 3 tbsp natural yogurt 1.5% fat (approx. 50 g)
- 150 ml water
- 1 squeeze of lemon juice
- Cinnamon and turmeric to taste (because of the anti-inflammatory effect)
- 2 tsp linseed oil
- 50 g Almased
Preparation (5 minutes)
- Thoroughly puree raspberries, yogurt, water, lemon juice, cinnamon, turmeric and linseed oil in a shaker.
- Add Almased, shake vigorously and enjoy ice-cold.
Extra tip: 1 teaspoon of chia or ground flaxseed per shake provides you with valuable fibre, which naturally supports digestion.
