Ingredients (1 person)
- 50g Almased-Original
- 50g frozen blueberries
- 30g kiwi
- 25g fresh spinach leaves
- 2 tsp linseed oil
- 150 ml almond drink unsweetened
- 150 ml water
- 1tsp acai powder for colour
Preparation (5 minutes)
- Add the almond drink, water, Almased, blueberries, kiwi, spinach, acai powder if needed and linseed oil to the blender.
- Blend the shake for 1 minute on the highest setting.
- Put ice cubes in a glass.
- Pour the shake over the ice cubes and enjoy.
Tip 1: One teaspoon of fleaseed, chia or crushed flaxseed per shake provides you with valuable fibre, which naturally supports digestion.
Tip 2 : The shake tastes best freshly prepared, so the kiwi does not become bitter.
