Ingredients (1 person)
- 50g Almased Original
- 50g frozen raspberries
- 50g banana (approx. ½ banana)
- 1 handful of fresh spinach leaves
- 100g zucchini
- 2 tsp linseed oil
- 300 ml water
Preparation (5 minutes)
- Puree the raspberries, banana, zucchini, spinach, Almased, water and linseed oil well in a blender.
- Pour the shake into a glass and enjoy ice cold.
Extra tip: 1 teaspoon of psyllium, chia or ground linseed per shake provides you with valuable fibre, which naturally aids digestion.
