Ingredients (for 1 person)
- 150 g cucumber (organic)
- 50 g cottage cheese
- 100 ml water
- 50 g Almased
- 2 tsp rapeseed oil
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp chive rolls
- 1 tbsp garden cress
- 1 pinch of salt
- Ground cumin
- Cayenne pepper
- 4-5 ice cubes
Preparation (5 minutes)
- Wash the cucumber, cut into pieces and finely puree in a blender with the cottage cheese.
- Add the water, Almased, rapeseed oil and lemon juice and mix well.
- Finally, mix in the herbs, season with salt, cumin and cayenne pepper and serve in a glass with ice cubes.
Extra tip: 1 teaspoon of flea, chia or ground flaxseed per shake provides you with valuable fibre, which naturally supports digestion.
