Shake Recipe Diabetes: Chocolate Dream

Ingredients (for 1 person)

  • 200 ml almond drink
  • 1/2 cup cold coffee
  • 2 tbsp linseed oil
  • 50 g Almased Original
  • 1 tsp sugar-free baking cocoa
  • 1 MSp Cardamom

Preparation

Put all ingredients in a container and mix thoroughly.


Extra tip: 1 teaspoon of chia or crushed flaxseed per shake provides you with valuable fibre, which naturally supports digestion.
