Ingredients (for 1 person)
- 25 ml coconut milk
- 75 g pineapple pulp
- 1 MSp lime zest
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 125 ml water
- 50 g Almased
- 2 tsp rapeseed oil
- 4 tbsp crushed ice
Preparation (5 minutes)
- Finely puree the coconut milk with the pineapple pulp in a blender.
- Then add lime zest, juice, water, Almased and oil and blend until smooth.
- Finally, add the crushed ice and puree briefly until creamy.
