Ingredients (for 1 person)
- 100 g blueberries
- 100 ml milk, 1.5%
- 50 g low-fat quark
- 1 MSp vanilla pulp
- 50g Almased
- 2 tsp rapeseed oil
- 3 tbsp crushed ice
Preparation (5 minutes)
- Finely puree the blueberries in a blender with the milk and quark.
- Add vanilla, Almased and oil and mix well.
- Finally, add crushed ice and puree briefly until creamy.
Extra tip: 1 teaspoon of flea, chia or ground flaxseed per shake provides you with valuable fibre, which naturally supports digestion.
