Ingredients (for 1 person)
- 80 g frozen berry mix
- 150 ml buttermilk
- 2 tsp walnut oil
- 50 g Almased
- 1 tsp lime zest (organic)
- 3-4 mint leaves
- 75 ml mineral water, sparkling
Preparation (5 minutes)
- Pour the frozen berries into a powerful blender and puree finely with the buttermilk.
- Add the oil, Almased, lime zest and mint leaves and mix until smooth.
- Finally, top up with the mineral water and serve.
