Ingredients (for 1 person)
- 150 ml tomato juice
- 50 g celery, cut into pieces
- 50 g Almased
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 2 tsp rapeseed oil
- a few drops of Worcestershire sauce
- Tabasco, depending on the desired degree of spiciness
- 4 tbsp crushed ice
Preparation (5 minutes)
- Finely puree the tomato juice with the celery in a blender.
- Add Almased, lemon juice, rapeseed oil, Worcestershire sauce and a few drops of Tabasco and blend finely.
- Finally, add crushed ice and puree until creamy.
Extra tip: 1 teaspoon of flea, chia or ground flaxseed per shake provides you with valuable fibre, which naturally supports digestion.
