Ingredients (for 4 people)
- 200 g blueberries
- 200 g raspberries
- 600 g Skyr
- 80 g Almased
- 2 tsp walnut oil
- 4 tbsp chia seeds
- 4 tsp maple syrup
Preparation (10 minutes)
- Sort the berries, reserve about 1 handful for garnish, puree the rest finely.
- Stir the skyr, Almased, oil and chia seeds into the berry puree and divide between bowls.
- Spread the remaining berries on top and serve drizzled with the maple syrup.
