Recipe: Skyr with Almased, Berries, Chia Seeds and Maple Syrup

Ingredients (for 4 people)

  • 200 g blueberries
  • 200 g raspberries
  • 600 g Skyr
  • 80 g Almased
  • 2 tsp walnut oil
  • 4 tbsp chia seeds
  • 4 tsp maple syrup

Preparation (10 minutes)

  1. Sort the berries, reserve about 1 handful for garnish, puree the rest finely.
  2. Stir the skyr, Almased, oil and chia seeds into the berry puree and divide between bowls.
  3. Spread the remaining berries on top and serve drizzled with the maple syrup.
