Recipe: Overnight Oats with Almased, Almonds, Apple, Pear and Pomegranate

Ingredients (for 4 people)

  • 40 g Almond Kernels
  • 50 g Rolled Oats
  • 30 g Flaxseed
  • 250 ml Low-Fat Milk (1.5% fat)
  • 200 g Low-Fat Yogurt (1.5% fat)
  • 120 g Apple
  • 140 g Pear
  • 80 g Almased
  • 2 tsp Rapeseed Oil
  • 40 g Pomegranate Seeds

Preparation (10 minutes)

  1. Chop the almonds into small pieces and mix with the oatmeal and milk.
  2. Leave to infuse in the refrigerator overnight.
  3. For breakfast, wash the apple and pear, remove the core and grate both coarsely or dice them into small cubes.
  4. Add to the oatmeal - mix together with Almased, the yogurt and the oil and mix well. (Dilute with a little mineral water as needed) and serve sprinkled with pomegranate seeds.
