Ingredients (for 4 people)
- 40 g Almond Kernels
- 50 g Rolled Oats
- 30 g Flaxseed
- 250 ml Low-Fat Milk (1.5% fat)
- 200 g Low-Fat Yogurt (1.5% fat)
- 120 g Apple
- 140 g Pear
- 80 g Almased
- 2 tsp Rapeseed Oil
- 40 g Pomegranate Seeds
Preparation (10 minutes)
- Chop the almonds into small pieces and mix with the oatmeal and milk.
- Leave to infuse in the refrigerator overnight.
- For breakfast, wash the apple and pear, remove the core and grate both coarsely or dice them into small cubes.
- Add to the oatmeal - mix together with Almased, the yogurt and the oil and mix well. (Dilute with a little mineral water as needed) and serve sprinkled with pomegranate seeds.
