- 150 ml low- fat milk
- 100 ml cold peppermint
- 2 tsp rapeseed oil
- Fresh mint leaves
Preparation
- Blend together the milk, tea and oil.
- Mix in Almased.
- Pour into a glass and garnish with mint leaves.
- Add ice, if desired.
