Shake Recipe: Minty Fresh

Ingredients (for 1 person)

  • 5 tbsp Almased
  • 150 ml low- fat milk
  • 100 ml cold peppermint
  • 2 tsp rapeseed oil
  • Fresh mint leaves

Preparation

  1. Blend together the milk, tea and oil.
  2. Mix in Almased.
  3. Pour into a glass and garnish with mint leaves.
  4. Add ice, if desired.
