Ingredients (for 1 person)
- 5 tbsp Almased
- 100 ml low-fat milk
- 100 ml water
- 50 g natural low-fat yogurt
- 1 tbsp walnut oil
- 1 tsp grated coconut
Preparation
- Blend together the milk, water, yogurt and oil.
- Mix in Almased.
- Pour into a glass and sprinkle with grated coconut.
- Add ice, if desired.
