Ingredients
- 100 g apple, peeled and cored
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 MSp vanilla powder
- 1 MSp turmeric
- 2 tsp rapeseed oil
- 1 tbsp squeezed lemon juice
- 50 g Almased
- 200 ml almond drink, unsweetened
Preparation
1. Cut the apple into pieces, add the spices (cinnamon, vanilla, turmeric). Place in a small, refractory ceramic dish and bake in a preheated oven at 175°C for about 10 minutes.
2. Then allow to cool sufficiently. Add the lukewarm apple pieces, the oil, lemon juice and Almased powder to the almond drink and puree everything together.
3. Pour into a glass or Christmas cup and sprinkle with a little cinnamon.
Extra tip: 1 teaspoon of flea, chia or ground flaxseed per shake provides you with valuable fibre, which naturally supports digestion.
