Recipe: Herb quark with Almased, cress, celery and carrot sticks

Ingredients (for 4 people)

  • 400 g low-fat quark
  • 80 g Almased
  • 100 ml low-fat milk (1.5% fat)
  • 2 tsp linseed oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 20 g chive rolls
  • 2 stalks of basil
  • 1 box of garden cress
  • 30 g sunflower seeds
  • 300 g celery
  • 300 g carrots

Preparation (10 minutes)

  1. Stir the quark with Almased, the milk and the oil until smooth.
  2. Add a little cold water as needed.
  3. Season with salt, pepper and lemon juice, mix in the chives, basil and sliced cress and season to taste.
  4. Sprinkle with the sunflower seeds.
  5. Wash, clean or peel the celery and carrots and cut both into sticks.
  6. Serve with the quark for dipping.
