Ingredients (for 4 people)
- 400 g low-fat quark
- 80 g Almased
- 100 ml low-fat milk (1.5% fat)
- 2 tsp linseed oil
- Salt
- Pepper
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 20 g chive rolls
- 2 stalks of basil
- 1 box of garden cress
- 30 g sunflower seeds
- 300 g celery
- 300 g carrots
Preparation (10 minutes)
- Stir the quark with Almased, the milk and the oil until smooth.
- Add a little cold water as needed.
- Season with salt, pepper and lemon juice, mix in the chives, basil and sliced cress and season to taste.
- Sprinkle with the sunflower seeds.
- Wash, clean or peel the celery and carrots and cut both into sticks.
- Serve with the quark for dipping.
